Return/Refund Policy
1. We guarantee against any defective products. A full refund can be provided for any defective or misrepresented products within 30 days. There is no restocking fee in this case.
2. We provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired.
3. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping. All returned products (Replace or Refund) have to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be processed.
